CME Services, LLC (dba CME Sewer Repair & Pipe Lining), is the largest and only dedicated sewer repair and pipe lining company in Ohio and the Tri-State Area. Inventory Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

Create service requests for equipment
Process parts shipping using UPS Worldship
Stocking and labeling parts
Process technician daily parts restock and transfer requests
Conduct warranty research and file warranty claims
Assist with in-house repair of equipment and tools
Help maintain a clean and professional physical appearance of the warehouse
Assist with replenishment and storage of service cleaning materials, tools and solvents
Notify manager on low inventory parts or shop materials that need immediate attention
Follow up on back-ordered parts with vendors and escalate orders when necessary
Work with Service Managers and Supervisors to obtain approval for high dollar parts
Other duties as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, high level understanding of excel

Description of Day-to-Day work:

The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for managing the warehouse inventory. Tracking materials used on each job, replenishing truck stock, maintaining warehouse stock, ordering materials, shipping and receiving parts sent out for repair, assisting with in-house repairs of equipment and tools, and delivering equipment or materials onsite as needed.
