What is culvert lining?

Culvert lining is a no-dig trenchless technique that eliminates the prolonged road work, traffic interruptions and high costs associated with traditional pipe replacement. Professionals use a small access point to insert a custom-fit culvert liner into the degrading structure to strengthen its foundation.

Our PVC thermoform large diameter pipe liner installation process begins with heating a custom-manufactured PVC pipe liner to be folded and coiled onto reels. Once it arrives at the job site, technicians re-heat the liner and feed it into the damaged pipe structure, where steam is then used to expand the folded liner. The expanded liner conforms to the pipe's shape and dimensions, and then it cools and hardens in place.
